He has also held leadership roles at Indian Ice Cream Manufacturers Association and Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and aims to grow Vadilal into a global Indian multinational.

Mihir Joshi is the Managing Director of GVFL Limited with 25+ years of venture capital experience. He has invested in 150+ startups and achieved 80 successful exits, with deep expertise across sectors like Deeptech, SaaS, and Consumer. Having served on 30+ company boards, he actively supports business growth and scaling. Mihir is a Charter Member of TiE and holds ICWA and CS qualifications, along with advanced management training from IIM Ahmedabad.

Ajit Shah is a leading industrialist from Ahmedabad and President of the Sanand Industries Association (SIA). He has played a key role in transforming GIDC Sanand into a globally recognized industrial cluster, now advancing toward semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Prakash Varmora is a prominent public leader from Gujarat and Hon’ble MLA, known for his contributions to industrial development and social initiatives. As former President of FIA Gujarat, he has actively supported industry growth and community development.

Amit Doshi is the Chairperson of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), Gujarat Branch, promoting economic collaboration between India and the USA. A sustainability entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in rainwater harvesting, he serves as the Director of Vardhman Envirotech and has led more than 25,000 rainwater harvesting projects across India, Asia, and Africa.

Tapan is a seasoned enterprise technology and operations leader with over 20 years of experience in IT services, operations excellence, and revenue effectiveness. His professional journey includes large customer handling, solution-led consulting, Rev Ops, delivery operations, and process maturity, working closely with CXOs and global stakeholders.

Nandan Deshmukh is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Since April 2019, Nandan has been associated with SPEC INDIA, where roles have included Associate Project Lead, Associate Team Lead, and Senior Software Engineer.

Krupal Vyas is a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in management, operations, and corporate client engagement. Currently serving as Branch Head – Gujarat at the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), she drives industry collaboration and strategic partnerships. Known for her leadership and strong stakeholder engagement, she plays a key role in enabling businesses to innovate and grow in a dynamic global environment.
